The Student and Administration Services department is there to assist students in various capacities, from the time they enter Raffles College of Higher Education (RCHE) to the time they graduate.

RAFFLES COLLEGE COUNSELLING SERVICES
RCHE introduced a service specially arranged for students, the Raffles College Counselling Service (RCCS) in January 2011. This free and fully confidential service, available to all students, is provided to help address personal or emotional issues that may hinder a student’s academic and personal development.
This service is strictly confidential, between only the student and the counsellor. The confidentiality of all records and other medical information about students is protected to the full extent of the law and follows the ethical pracFce guidelines of the Singapore Psychological Society.
- Walk in the Counselling Room A105 every Monday and Wednesday, from 3.30pm to 5pm, and every Friday from 12.30pm to 2pm.

The Chaplain’s aim is to contribute to an environment which supports mutual respect, self esteem, and the appropriate pursuit of personal work and study goals for the good of the whole person.
The objective is to provide pastoral care and emotional support for our staff and our students.

STATE-OF-THE-ART SECURITY SYSTEM
To tighten the security of the campus and track students’ attendance accurately, Raffles Singapore deployed the latest facial recognition system based on the biometrics technology, typically used only in secured industrial or defence sectors, in our Singapore campus.
By implementing such security feature, Raffles Singapore further ensures the safety of all students by denying unauthorised entry into the campus and also motivates our students to attain good attendance.
The implementation of this system in Raffles Singapore campus was recognised by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) for our commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation. Raffles was awarded the International Star Award for Quality (ISAQ) in the Gold Category at the International B.I.D. Quality Convention held at the InterContinental Geneva Convention Hall in Switzerland on 21 September 2014.
The library brings in books by world-renowned authors and useful reference materials by contemporary practitioners, as well as publications featuring Raffles’ graduates. The library also subscribes to monthly magazines and journals on topics such as design, business, psychology, and infocomm security, to keep students abreast of current industry developments.
The library also has an extensive collection of audio-visual materials that are updated regularly so that students can have access to the latest popular films, art-house productions, international fashion shows and even graduation shows organised by their peers.
