State-of-the-art Security System

To tighten the security of the campus and track students' attendance accurately, Raffles Singapore deployed the latest facial recognition system based on the biometrics technology, typically used only in secured industrial or defence sectors, in our Singapore campus. By implementing such security feature, Raffles Singapore further ensures the safety of all students by denying unauthorised entry into the campus and also motivates our students to attain good attendance.

The implementation of this system in Raffles Singapore campus was recognised by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) for our commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation. Raffles was awarded the International Star Award for Quality (ISAQ) in the Gold Category at the International B.I.D. Quality Convention held at the InterContinental Geneva Convention Hall in Switzerland on 21 September 2014.
