RAFFLES X RISIS OFFICIAL – A SHINY COLLABORATION BY DESIGN! 

Congratulations to Raffles Jewellery Designer PHAWA Sine Nwe and Mifuyu FUKAI on the launch of their collections, now available at the RISIS Official boutique at ION Orchard . 

Phawa’s wildly beautiful and artisanal design draws inspiration from the aesthetics of the pink fungi “Podoserpula Miranda”, therefore titled the Miranda collection. The exquisite species dons a romantic shade of pink with its multi-tiered silhouette, unveiling elegant, intricate textures. An iconic symbol of all things wonderful, it is cherished for its all-encompassing qualities. 

Mifuyu’s design was inspired by the beauty of Japanese culture and celebration of her heritage. Titled, Midori – this collection depicts the picturesque scenery of Japan’s iconic landmark, the bamboo forest. “Midori” means “Green” in Japanese, a reflection of nature’s enthralling wonders. 

This industry collaboration between Raffles College of Higher Education and RISIS provides an excellent platform for budding Jewellery Design students to design for jewellery companies and translate their concepts from design to retail!
