Master of Arts in Design Management

Majoring in Design Management (MA) at Raffles Singapore has allowed me to gain multifaceted and valuable knowledge from the lecturers, and both personal and collaborative skills have been greatly enhanced. Throughout the programme, many successful businesspeople were invited to share their experience; meanwhile, there were opportunities to share insights with students from Coventry University. These experiences have helped me gain a more profession perspective on design management and I believe that will be a great help in my future career. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK  

BabyDear is a maternal and infant brand that caters to the contemporary Chinese maternal and infant group, which includes experience stores and nursing rooms that will be located in first and second tier shopping malls, office buildings, etc.  

The main objective is to enhance the five aspects of experience, service, hygiene, facilities, and products, as well as to develop a new business model for the Chinese maternal and infant market. Ultimately, the aim is to change the various existing drawbacks in the Chinese maternal and infant market, using innovative thinking and design to drive the Chinese maternal and infant market towards a more sustainable and humanized development.
