The Little Red Dress

Following the success of the two design challenges, organised by Metro for the Little Black Dress and use of Liberty fabrics, the third design challenge “The Little Red Dress” was launched.

Raffles Fashion and Jewellery Designers are tasked to design a Chinese New Year 2021 collection for Kurt Woods brand that is retailed at Metro Singapore. Kurt Woods is a contemporary label that offers modern classics for the sophisticated women. With subtle color palettes and simple silhouettes, Kurt Woods develop timeless staples that are functional and versatile for everyday wear.

Raffles Fashion Designer Novia ISNAINI who graduated with Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Fashion from the Coventry University (UK), designed her collection with the customers of the Kurt Woods brand in mind. Using the cheerful hue of red and comfortable silhouettes, she hopes to appeal to the youthful trendsetters.
