Zahara is an eco-resort brand launched in 2021 as a five-star luxury lifestyle resort. Our core concept is sustainability. We approach developing the brand ecologically and evaluating customer experience as our constant concepts. According to our survey, more than 70% of customers are now willing to choose eco-friendly resorts over normal ones. What we plan to give our customers is beyond just a green experience but also enjoyable and cheerful. Our activities are educational to drive customers' awareness toward sustainability, also relaxing and links to the local environment. Our loyalty programme applies globally to every Zahara resort. As a global resort brand, the next step of Zahara is expansion. We hope to provide customers with different focused experiences by expanding the brand scale but maintaining the same brand concepts. We hope to build the language of Zahara and communicate with customers worldwide. By adhering to the spirit of Zahara, with the specialized animal environment in the Bahamas, what we plan is a colourful, fun resort located at the Pig Beach.
