Bilbao International Art & Fashion – BIAAF – is a platform devoted to the launch of talented, innovative, and radically creative fashion designers from all over the world. A non-profit organization, BIAAF aims to provide young fashion designers with worldwide visibility among the fashion industry, the general public, and the media.
We would like to congratulate Raffles Fashion Designer CHONG Yu Lin for being nominated as one of the finalists in this contest amongst the myriad of designers.
